Yesterday, I discovered the best way to relax.
I didn't have any plans for the day yesterday, so I woke up in the afternoon and had lunch at a Chinese restaurant nearby.
I lay down for a bit and went for my first run in a month.
After a quick shower, I headed to Manyo no Yu in Hakata for a rock bath and sauna.
Rather than wanting to take a bedrock bath, I wanted to read the manga "Haikyuu" while bathing in the bedrock bath.

Afterwards, we head to the large public bath.
Three sets of sauna, cold bath and outdoor bath.
