SERVICES

We can send your order by EMS (Express Mail Service). Shipments within Japan will be delivered by YAMATO TRANSPORT Co., Ltd. Deliveries are dispatched within 1-3 days of receiving your order. There may be cases where deliveries are delayed or specific countries and regions cannot be delivered to due to factors out of our control. PRANK STORE is not responsible for any delays or damage caused by the courier or customs agencies. All first-time purchases using a credit card require BILLING INFORMATION CONFIRMATION, and will not be dispatched until confirmation is complete.

Japan Post announced that it will largely cease accepting mail items (parcels, EMS, etc.) destined for the United States starting Wednesday, August 27, 2025.

Therefore, your package to the United States will be shipped using DHL’s international courier service.
Please note that shipping fees may be higher depending on the specific items in your order. In such cases, additional shipping fees will be required (even when purchasing multiple items together). We will recalculate the shipping cost and send you a request for payment.

・Shipping fees are automatically calculated based on the weight of the items. When purchasing multiple items together, we will calculate the best rate and offer it to you.
(Please note that additional shipping fees may apply in some cases.)

*In some cases, due to the size or weight of particular item(s) in an order, additional shipping charges may apply. In these circumstances, customers will be notified via email and asked to pay additional shipping and handling charges.

TAXES & DUTIES

All international deliveries are exempt from Japanese consumption tax. For deliveries shipped within Japan, a 10% consumption tax fee will be added. 

When ordering goods from PRANK STORE internationally, your order may be subject to import duties and/or taxes. PRANK STORE is not responsible for any charges incurred in the recipient's country from customs, duties, or taxes. PRANK STORE has no control over these charges and cannot tell you in advance what the cost of duties will be. If you would like to know how much your duties will be on an order, please contact your local customs office.

NO REFUNDS

All sales are final, and the PRANK STORE does not offer any money-back guarantees. You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstances. Please check the product details before purchase. In the event that a refund is issued due to failure to pay additional shipping fees or for any other reason, the amount refunded will be minus any applicable processing/settlement fees. You recognize and agree to this.
