Allege / Interlude Tee
Good evening.
This is a story about myself over the past year, but when I realized that I was sleeping in bed at night, I was sleeping on the sofa in the morning.
This happened several times,
I didn't think much of it, thinking that he probably went to the bathroom in the middle of the night and fell asleep on the sofa, but something terrible happened the night before last.
I was supposed to have slept in bed as usual, but as my consciousness faded during the night, I woke up and found myself on the stairs outside my apartment building on the 6th floor.
My house is on the 11th floor, but I found myself on the outside stairs on the 6th floor. . . .
Isn't it dangerous!?He's sleeping down the stairs from the 11th floor to the 6th floor.
While I was sleeping, my body moved on its own and I ended up walking down the outside stairs, which I'm not supposed to use on a regular basis lol.
When I woke up in the morning, I wondered if I was dreaming, but when I looked at the front door, I saw the shoes that I had worn when I left, so it was real. . .
At that time, I had been walking for such a long distance that I regained consciousness and realized that I was sleeping all night while walking around.
If so, it's too scary. This is what's called "sleepwalking."
I looked it up on the internet and it seems like it's common in children between the ages of 3 and 12, so why is this happening at the age of 33? lol
I no longer want to walk around in my sleep at night, so if anyone knows how to deal with this, please help!
