The fabric used is 13oz 100% cotton selvedge denim from Okayama, woven with rope-dyed pure indigo yarn.
Compared to other denims, selvedge denim is characterized by its prominent weave, which gives it a unique presence.
Woven slowly on a shuttle loom, allowing air to be incorporated over time, the fabric has a plump finish that feels airy compared to regular denim.
The indigo color is sewn with standard gold-brown stitching, and this particular item has undergone bio-wash processing.
The selvedge (red ear) is used for the seam allowances on the front and back sides.
While it has a 1-pleat wide silhouette, it is not a typical jean silhouette; rather, we aimed to create a beautiful silhouette that resembles elegant trousers, suitable for sophisticated wear. Bias pockets are adopted for the side pockets, making them easy to access.
The front rivets, a characteristic feature of jeans, have been intentionally omitted and reinforced with bar tacks, resulting in a clean look that is easy to coordinate with various outfits. Stitching details seen in vintage jeans are incorporated throughout, and the back pockets feature reinforcement fabric, hidden bar tacks, and hidden rivets, ensuring that easily worn-out areas are reinforced and designed for long-term use.

Considering the origin of clothing to be when Adam and Eve ate from the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil (the forbidden fruit) in the Old Testament, the brand uses an "apple" as its icon, reflecting the designer's desire to never forget his initial passion for clothing and craftsmanship.
