26AW Collection

Nobuyuki Matsui is a fashion brand by designer Nobuyuki Matsui. After graduating from high school, Nobuyuki Matsui moved to the UK to major in psychology, but enrolled in the London College of Fashion in 2011. He studied menswear and, while still a student, won the Fashion Scout young designer competition at London Fashion Week, where he held a runway show. After gaining experience at young fashion houses, he returned to Japan. In the Autumn/Winter 2016 collection, he officially launched his eponymous brand, "Nobuyuki Matsui," presenting bespoke clothing in collection format. He handles everything himself, from pattern making and sewing to fabric processing, presenting his work as custom-made clothing and sometimes as artwork. In Spring/Summer 2018, he launched his first ready-to-wear collection.
