KANEMASA PHIL.'s unique 46-gauge super high-gauge knitting machine is used to knit plain jersey fabric, utilizing 100% recycled 80/1 Suvin cotton.
The fabric undergoes salt shrinking and is then printed with a stripe pattern, resulting in a new material that combines a distinctive creped texture with an expressive pattern.
It features a unique material feel with an unparalleled three-dimensionality and depth.
Afterward, the product is garment-dyed, and a special soft dyeing process further accentuates the fabric's inherent drape and sheerness.
During the drying process, each piece is naturally air-dried individually, ensuring the fabric's texture is preserved and meticulously finished.
Combining the lightness and high stretch unique to high-gauge materials, it offers a comfortable fit that you won't want to take off once you try it on.
We propose it as a new staple material that can be effortlessly worn as a light outer layer.
