KANEMASA PHIL. 46G Striped Artisan Shirt.
This shirt embodies the term "Artisan," as its name suggests, with meticulous attention paid to every detail of the material, stitching, and dyeing process.
The jersey fabric is knitted on KANEMASA PHIL.'s proprietary 46-gauge super high-gauge knitting machine, using 100% recycled Suvin cotton (80/1 count).
By printing a stripe pattern on the fabric, which has undergone salt-shrinking, we have created a new material that harmonizes a unique textured feel with a patterned expression.
It features an unparalleled material texture with distinctive three-dimensionality and depth.
Afterward, the garment is product-dyed and then treated with a special softening and dyeing process, further enhancing the material's inherent drape and sheer quality.
During the drying process, each piece is naturally air-dried to carefully finish it without compromising the fabric's texture.
Combining the lightness and high stretchability characteristic of high-gauge materials, it offers a comfortable fit that makes you never want to take it off once you've tried it on.
We propose it as a new staple material that can be effortlessly worn.
Every detail of the stitching is carefully considered, with the thin and challenging high-gauge material meticulously tailored in a skilled domestic sewing factory.
The hems, cuffs, and pockets deliberately feature raw-cut edges, while gathers are applied to the yoke and cuffs, achieving a balance between craftsmanship and delicate detail.
The design is based on a dress shirt.
