KANEMASA PHIL. 36G Wool Check Balise Shirt.
The "Balise" (French for "beacon") model features a size and details that blend workwear and dress wear, and shirt and blouson styles.
Its versatile sizing, suitable for any occasion, serves as a guiding pattern for us.
Using our classic check fabric,
the check pattern is created on a unique 36G jacquard loom.
This is a new standard material that only we can create, offering high stretch for addictive comfort, crispness, luster, and easy care.
By incorporating 20% wool yarn, we achieved a crisp texture, warmth, quick-drying properties, and a unique color tone, making it suitable for all seasons.
During the dyeing process, the wool shrinks when heat is applied, creating a unique texture, resulting in an unusual "wool seersucker" fabric.
For the details, we adopted a dress shirt design with all french seams and genuine shell buttons.
However, elements like the sleeves were designed with a casual blouson image.
This is a unique shirt that combines the fabric's crispness and luster, a well-balanced silhouette, and a refined feel with a sophisticated pattern.
The brand logo is engraved on the back of the buttons.
