By knitting on a 36G fleece machine, the only one of its kind in Japan, we have created a unique material that has never been seen before.
The core thread is blended with nylon thread to give it a unique stretch and soft feel.
The surface has an indescribable smooth feel due to the ultra-fine micro-brushing, and combined with the high gauge, it has an even softer texture.
The products are sewn at one of Japan's leading cut-and-sew factories, and the thick, high-density fabric, which is said to be difficult to sew, is beautifully finished.
All ribbing is sewn with a browsing stitch, creating a loose design.
It has relaxed details that contrast with the shiny fabric.
We wash and finish the products from the time of delivery to ensure that they do not shrink after washing.
