Hand-dyed bomber jacket from INNAT's 26AW collection.

The BOMBER JACKET, a staple of INNAT.
Based on the L-2B type from the 60s, which omitted epaulets, it is constructed with a refined silhouette that removes unnecessary elements.
The lining uses an original material, a brushed-back fabric blended with cupra, rayon, and wool.
By intentionally utilizing the difference in shrinkage of the wool on the back that occurs during product processing, a natural puckering effect is created on the front and back.
Even though it is new, it recreates the appearance of a "completed piece" found in a vintage clothing store.
Bengara dye, a traditional dyeing method from Takahashi City, Okayama Prefecture, is used for dyeing.
It uses a pigment made from iron in the soil that oxidized as a byproduct of copper mines, and each piece is hand-dyed.
This season, by applying bengara dye on a light gray fabric, a deep expression is achieved, giving a chambray-like feel with the underlying light gray color.
It was not easy to achieve the differences in shrinkage and dyeing due to the combination of materials with different compositions through product dyeing, but through repeated trial and error, the expression has been realized.
This jacket exudes a quiet presence with its unique uneven colors from hand-dyeing and its deep hues.
It is reversible.
