From superNova., a leather track jacket made from horsehide.

We have created a leather version based on the classic track jacket.
The relaxed silhouette that is characteristic of superNova. track jackets and the emphasis is on making the most of the leather's natural texture and appearance, and the jacket uses raw horse leather, which is light, soft, and allows for large cuts of parts.

Horse leather: Because horses have large bodies, the surface area of the leather is large, making it possible to cut large parts.
Undyed leather: After dyeing, the leather is finished without using chemicals such as coloring agents or finishing agents, leaving the original look of the leather.

We have also adjusted the thickness of the leather to make it lighter and softer than the typical leather jacket you might imagine, and have created it with an emphasis on the ease of movement that is inherent to track jackets.
The lining is made of a cold-weather material that absorbs and converts infrared rays, creating a heat-generating effect. (The lining is plain black.)
The body width and armholes are set loose, the front has an EXCELLA® double zipper, and pockets are placed on the bias on both sides for easy access.
The cuffs and hem are elastic, and eyelets are provided at the sides for ventilation, so the elements of a track jacket are designed to blend in with the leather jacket.
