KANEMASA PHIL. 46G Striped Artisan Shirt.
As the name suggests, this shirt embodies the "Artisan" spirit, with meticulous attention paid to every detail of the material, sewing, and dyeing.
The jersey material is knitted on KANEMASA PHIL.'s unique 46-gauge super high-gauge knitting machine, using 100% 80/1 recycled Suvin cotton.
By printing a striped pattern on salt-shrunk fabric, we have created a new material where a unique shibo (crepe) texture and pattern expression coexist.
It features a one-of-a-kind material feel with unparalleled dimensionality and depth.
Afterward, it undergoes product dyeing (garment dye) and a special soft dyeing process to further enhance the material's inherent drape and sheer quality.
During the drying process, each piece is naturally air-dried, carefully finishing it without compromising the fabric's texture.
Combining the lightness and high stretchability unique to high-gauge material, it offers a comfortable fit that you won't want to let go of once you've tried it on.
We propose it as a new staple material that can be easily worn.
Every detail of the sewing is also meticulously crafted, with the thin and difficult-to-handle high-gauge material carefully tailored in a skilled domestic sewing factory.
The hem, cuffs, and pockets are intentionally left raw-cut, while gathers are applied to the yoke and cuffs, balancing a handcrafted feel with delicate artistry.
The details are designed based on a dress shirt.
Shell buttons are used, with the brand's engraving on the back.
The relaxed box silhouette is also a characteristic feature.
The beautiful drape created when worn is a unique charm of this material.
Additionally, by minimizing the use of raw-cut edges and interlining, the silhouette is constructed while making the most of the fabric's natural texture.
A new stripe pattern has been added to the Artisan Shirt, which is a brand staple.
This piece allows you to enjoy the expression of the material and the depth of the pattern.
*Salt-shrink processing: This process creates a unique unevenness and creped texture on the fabric surface by infiltrating it with chemicals and causing it to shrink.
*Due to the use of organic cotton, contamination (mixing of foreign fibers) may be observed.
Please understand that this is a characteristic texture of the material.
*Due to the nature of the product, minor fraying or damage may be observed. Also, changes may occur with repeated wear and washing, so please handle with care.

Shoulder width: 57.5cm / Body width: 77 cm / Length: 73cm / Sleeve length: 58cm
