INNAT "PAINTER PANTS"
Painter pants from the INNAT 26SS collection.
This pair of pants has been reconstructed based on a certain workwear brand's 1980s painter pants.
The triple-needle stitching and powerful details retain the rugged feel of the original, while adding modern comfort.
The waist has tabs and elastic on both sides for size adjustment, so it can be worn without a belt.
The front opening has been changed to a button fly, giving it a vintage look and a relaxed fit.
The material used is a dump fabric with a dry texture, woven with tightly twisted yarn at a high density.
For the finishing touches, the fabric is bleached using the traditional Omi-sarashi technique from the Omi region of Shiga, which involves bleaching the fabric in lye and then drying it in the sun to bring out a natural wrinkled look and plump texture.
The crisp feel and dry feel of tightly twisted yarn make these pants comfortable to wear even in hot weather.
The dyeing is done using botanical dyes derived from plants.
SUMIKURO: A deep, rich charcoal black dyed with binchotan charcoal. The use of natural dyes creates a deep, uneven color with fluctuations, giving each piece its own unique character.
