INNAT "PAINTER PANTS"
Painter pants from the INNAT 26SS collection.
These pants are a reimagining of painter pants from a certain workwear brand in the 1980s.
While retaining the rugged feel of the original, with triple-needle stitching and robust detailing, modern comfort has been added.
Both sides of the waist feature a tab and elastic adjustment, allowing them to be worn without a belt.
The fly has been changed to a button fly, balancing a vintage look with a relaxed fit.
The material used is a dense dump fabric woven with strong twisted yarn, giving it a dry texture.
For the finish, the traditional "Omi-zarashi" technique from the Omi region of Shiga was used, where the fabric is bleached with lye and then sun-dried to bring out natural wrinkles and a puffy texture.
The crispness unique to strong twisted yarn and the dry feel on the skin ensure comfortable wear even in hot weather.
The dyeing is done with plant-based botanical dyes.
SUMIKURO: A deep, charcoal black with depth created by Binchotan charcoal dyeing. The use of natural dyes creates deep, nuanced colors with unevenness and subtle variations, giving each piece a unique character.
