It's been about a month since my marathon, so I've started running over 10km again.
I'm on my knees. I had to use Loxonin to relieve the pain in my knee at the end of the marathon, so the damage is still there. .
Well, it's been a long time since I've run a middle distance and it feels good.
I wonder if there was a store like this in such a place as one of the pleasures of running! That's what it is.
Yesterday, I discovered a really interesting shop near my house.

Apparently it opened in August of this year, but I didn't notice it because it was on a road that was completely off the beaten track. .

This is my first time hearing about it. He looks like Jiro, but I wonder if that's actually the case.
I might try going on my next vacation. It's like a Jiro-type virgin.
