We can send your order by EMS(Express Mail Service).Shipments within Japan will be delivered by YAMATO TRANSPORT Co.,ltd. Deliveries are dispatched within 1-3 days of receiving your order. There may be cases where deliveries are delayed or specific countries and regions cannot be delivered to due to factors out of our control. PRANK STORE is not responsible for any delays or damage caused by the courier or customs agencies. All first time purchases using a credit card require BILLING INFORMATION CONFIRMATION, and will not be dispatched until confirmation in complete.

TAXES & DUTIES

All International deliveries are exempt from Japanese consumption tax. For deliveries shipped within Japan, a 10% consumption tax fee will be added. 

When ordering goods from PRANK STORE internationally, your order may be subject to import duties and/or taxes. PRANK STORE is not responsible for any charges incurred in the recipient's country from customs, duties or taxes. PRANK STORE has no control over these charges and cannot tell you in advance what the cost of duties will be.
